Bridging the Research to Practice Gap: A Developmental Evaluation of Response to Intervention

My dissertation submitted to the graduate division of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa in 2014. In my study, I paired developmental evaluation and action research methods to "reality test" the implementation of Response to Intervention practices in first grade classrooms.
